Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time

- Thomas Merton

During the pandemic, I was glued to virtual workshops and other behind the scenes platforms to keep myself inspired.

My passion for teaching means that I love allowing you to see the process & see that you are capable of achieving these looks!

Maybe you’ll learn a new technique, maybe you’ll be inspired to re create a look.  Either way, I hope you enjoy this collection of BTS Reels that I love and that show you a bit more intimate view!

AW 2021 Soft Matte

Finally let go of my “signature glow” to embrace a soft matte look this season.

I’m loving how smooth the transitions in this look are and how it subtly enhances her natural beauty.

Victoria’s Secret Style Glam

My first time working with this beauty (who happens to look just like Shay Mitchell!)

Sarah is leaving us for her agency in LA and needed a few key shots in her portfolio. To keep her glowing and natural I used products from Embryolisse, Danessa Myricks, Natasha Denona and MAC Cosmetics.

Come back home soon Sarah!!

Blind Innocence

Mahalo to such an amazing team of artists that made this shoot the work of art it is…and to Pump Magazine for publishing!

I hope you enjoy this Behind the Scenes clip as to how these images were produced .

Pinup Girl

Twice a year, I get the honor of working with a visiting photographer on different PinUp Series photo shoots she organizes.

This was too good not to share! Featuring my personal ride or die lip color - “Lady Danger” by MAC Cosmetics

Soft Bridal Glam

My forever muse and dear friend! You’ll see a lot of her face as she is soon leaving Hawaii for San Francisco.

I achieved this look with shadows from Viseart & Natasha Denona…my two absolute favorites. I kept her freckles fresh with Embryolisse & Youth to the People. A light tap of Bobbi Brown cream foundation and color from MAC Cosmetics, Laura Mercier and Natasha Denona. Other key brands are Danessa Myricks, Temptu and Black Moon Cosmetics

I miss you already my girl!

In Partnership with Embryolisse for

Sweet Enemy Clothing

For today’s look on Kalei, I started with my favorite moisturizer (that is also a primer!) from Embryolisse and kept everything very natural for a true “no makeup makeup”. Kalei had a shoot with local Hawaiian clothing brand, Sweet Enemy.

Autumn/Winter 2020

Who says you can't pair a smokey eye with a dark lip?!?

I achieved this look on Sierra with the help of products by Natasha Denona, Danessa Myricks, Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, MAC Cosmetics and Black Moon Cosmetics liquid lipstick in "Deranged"

Bronzed Goddess Glam

Bronzed goddess vibes for my Kelly's 40th Birthday Photoshoot!

Featuring my favorite products from Embryolisse, Danessa Myricks, Natasha Denona, Temptu, Laura Mercier & MAC Cosmetics

Pink Starburst

I was so excited when Nikki said she was looking for a monochromatic PINK look for her photo shoot.

We kept the skin super fresh (and added freckles!) while using products from Danessa Myricks, Natasha Denona, MAC Cosmetics and NYX Cosmetics for the neon pink beauty of my dreams.

Porcelain Skin

Jessica's porcelain skin is to DIE for and I finally got to work with her!

We kept the skin soft, glowing and gorgeous with products from Embryolisse, Youth to the People, Danessa Myricks, Temptu, Laura Mercier & MAC Cosmetics.

I used shadows from the Natasha Denona Biba Palette and Gel Liner from MAC Cosmetics for a soft & smokey wing.

Sloan Rebel

I have had the pleasure to watch this beauty grow up these last 5 years and was honored to do her makeup for her first photo shoot ever...for her 13th birthday! And yes her name really is Sloan Rebel.

Using products from Embryolisse , Youth to the People & Temptu, I was able to keep the skin soft and fresh. In wanting Sloan's green eyes to pop - it was an easy decision to use warm browns and an incredible top coat from Danessa Myricks

So proud of this incredible human as she also just got offered her first agency contract!

Burbery SS21 ReCreate

The incredible Isamaya French keyed this years SS21 Burberry runway show.

Gaining inspiration from this, I used a lot of skincare to plump the skin, a touch of my favorite weightless foundation and soft taupes to accentuate the eyes and face.
